Anthony “Tony” J. Dalpiaz has been a real estate agent in Phoenix since 2011. He specializes in sales, leasing, and purchasing of both commercial and residential properties. Tony earned a degree in geology from Colorado College in Colorado Springs, CO, which fully complements his passion for real estate. Negotiation and finance are important to any real estate transaction, and he has proven experience in these areas.
REAL ESTATE TONY
Tony initially began investing in real estate over thirty-four years ago as he traveled and worked as a geologist and business owner in Denver, CO; Carlsbad, CA; Basalt, CO; and Missoula, MT. Beginning in 2011 Tony moved to Gilbert, AZ and became a full-time licensed agent with Century 21. In 2015 until current he started his own real estate company, which is now Arizona Innovative Real Estate LLC (AIRE). Owning a vacation home in Gilbert since 1994, he finally made the move full time to enjoy all that the Valle del Sol offers.
He has invested in and negotiated for clients all phases of Real Estate:
Ø residential primary residences and vacation properties;
Ø residential leasing of investment and vacation properties;
Ø management of residential and vacation rentals;
Ø land, including procuring a 5-lot subdivision of a 20-acre parcel;
Ø acquisition and management of commercial properties;
Ø commercial leasing of investment properties, including a 28,000
SF history warehouse, a 9-year project; and
Ø project management for partnerships and limited liability
companies.
PERSONAL TONY
Tony was born and raised in a small town in Colorado, Cañon City. He won a football scholarship to Colorado College and was the captain of the team his senior year. He believes in giving back to his community through volunteering and mentoring young people. He brings that small-town-America, values-based approach to life and work. Working as a geologist allowed him to travel as his career began and gave him a background in the development business. Owning a screen printing and embroidery business for 15 years gave him experience in getting things done. Owning real estate to house the business and expanding into other real estate investments gave him experience in working with other professionals in the industry. In 1995 he bought a 28,000 SF historic warehouse and learned the commercial real estate business by doing leases, remodeling spaces for clients and working with city officials to bring something back to life.
His hobbies include skiing, mountain climbing, reading, travel, and spending time with his two children, Miranda and John, his “most precious cargo”.

Advising clients in financing, property management, and improvements necessary to make their property marketable are part of the listing service. Experienced in working with clients on building out a space for their business needs and equating that to a fair rent for the landlord and tenant.
Acquisition of Investment Properties for Owner / Users or Income Investors
Tony’s thorough knowledge in financing, the closing and escrow process, property management, leasing and sales, tax benefits and accounting preparation, LLC operating agreements, partnerships and understanding the needs of a business client allow him to advise clients with confidence and negotiate the best deal for them.
Tony collaborates with architects, city planners, engineers, tenants, other real estate agents, property managers, investors, contractors, and bankers to provide the best service. The client comes first, ALWAYS!
Land and Lot Services
Experienced in the acquisition and disposition of recreational and residential lots and commercial parcels. Completed subdivision process for developers. Geology background with experience in plans, infrastructure, water and other utilities, topography and how to minimize costs for development for highest and best use of the property.
